Defy is an electronic pop-rock band created by Avi Ghosh who handles all aspects of recording, engineering, and producing for the band. Avi writes and plays all the music and utilizes a live band for live concerts.

The site started with more vibrant colors before settling on a more tropical theme to match the menu design and theme of the restaurant.
